Location: Must be based in the Philippines (Makati City). Hybrid or Remote options available.

What you will do

  • Oversee and direct teams to provide high-quality medical information enquiry handling services.
  • Ensure strict compliance with SOPs, Working Practices, and data privacy regulations.
  • Manage the reporting of Adverse Events and Product Quality Complaints.
  • Collaborate with leadership to develop and maintain Medical Information services.
  • Monitor team performance against KPIs, investigate deviations, and implement corrective actions.
  • Coach, mentor, and manage the performance and compensation reviews of direct reports.

Requirements

  • Must be based in the Philippines.
  • Degree in life sciences, pharmacy, or equivalent.
  • Professional degree (RPh, PharmD, PhD, MD, RN, DVM) or 4-5+ years of experience in pharma/biotech or contact center management.
  • Sound knowledge of medical information services and healthcare provision systems in the region.
  • Demonstrated technical and medical writing ability to create and review complex reports.
  • Superior managerial, organizational, and interpersonal communication skills.
