What you will do

• Write scripts for vertical series (episodes 50–120 seconds).
• Develop serial plots: building arcs, developing characters, dramaturgy.
• Create strong hooks in the first seconds and cliffhangers at the end of each episode.
• Generate ideas for new series and formats.
• Adapt stories to the fast pace and specifics of short-form content.
• Collaborate with producers, directors, and the editing team to implement scripts.

Requirements

• Experience writing vertical series.
• Strong understanding of dramaturgy and serial storytelling.
• Ability to build a structure: hook - conflict - cliffhanger.
• Experience working with scripts for fast-paced and short formats.
• Portfolio availability (required).
• Understanding of platform trends (ReelShort, Dramabox, etc.).
• English: B2 or higher (written).

Nice to have

• Basic understanding of metrics (retention, CTR, completion rate).
