What you will do

• Partner with business development, tendering, and project teams across the APAC region.
• Manage contracting, negotiations, and claims throughout the project lifecycle.
• Advise on legal disputes and coordinate the work of external counsel.
• Support the implementation of global compliance standards, including trade sanctions and anti-bribery laws.
• Oversee regional governance and corporate housekeeping in collaboration with Country Managers.
• Deliver legal and compliance training to strengthen awareness across the business.

Requirements

• Degree in Law or a related field.
• Minimum of 10 years of relevant experience in an international or multinational environment.
• Strong expertise in commercial contracting, project support, and dispute management.
• Experience with trade sanctions, data compliance, and anti-bribery and corruption matters.
• Must possess valid working rights in Singapore.
