What you will do
- Lead the GNC team in the delivery of flight control and autopilot systems.
- Own simulation, state estimation, mission design, and control development.
- Develop and optimize flight algorithms for guidance, navigation, and control.
- Lead verification and validation processes, including HIL testing and Monte Carlo analysis.
- Integrate GNC systems with avionics, propulsion, and mission operations.
- Mentor engineers and establish best practices across the GNC function.
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in GNC, flight software, robotics, or control systems.
- Proficiency in Python and MATLAB.
- Experience with C/C++ development.
- Strong background in control theory and systems engineering.
- Experience with simulation and V&V in CI environments.
- Ability to obtain NV1 Security Clearance
