What you will do

• Design, build, and scale digital asset custody and financial software systems.
• Collaborate with product and business teams to deliver features to production.
• Solve complex technical challenges and debug large-scale distributed environments.
• Influence technical direction and contribute to team roadmap planning.
• Manage IAM, user access, and data security measures within the product.
• Coordinate with SecOps and SOC teams to ensure robust security logging and event monitoring.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as a Fullstack developer.
• Proficiency in NodeJS, React, and TypeScript.
• Proven track record of building and scaling large-scale, distributed systems.
• Experience integrating AI development tools while maintaining rigorous code safety.
• Strong fundamentals in software engineering, architectural design, and testing.
• Must be based in Belgrade, Serbia.

• Experience building digital asset custody solutions.
• Background in digital asset-focused financial services.
