What you will do

• Conduct deep-dive reviews of user accounts and payout requests to identify and act against suspicious activity.
• Monitor transactions and user behavior to mitigate business risks and prevent fraud.
• Collaborate with the Team Lead and Customer Support to efficiently resolve fraud-related tickets.
• Detect recurring fraud trends and provide feedback to optimize internal prevention processes.
• Manage sensitive user and payment data with high accuracy and confidentiality.

Requirements

• Previous experience in fraud operations, payments, customer support, or back-office operations.
• Strong analytical thinking and comfort working with structured data and numbers.
• Advanced proficiency in written and spoken English.
• Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets.
• Must be based in Metro Manila.
• Interest in online platforms and the mobile gaming industry.
