TL;DR

IT Supervisor (Hospitality): Overseeing daily IT operations and network infrastructure for the Ras El Hekma property with an accent on system stability, security, and team leadership. Focus on maintaining high system availability, managing hardware/software deployments, and supervising the technical support team.

Location: Onsite in Ras El Hekma, Egypt

What you will do

  • Supervise the installation, configuration, and maintenance of servers, LAN/WAN networks, Wi-Fi, and telecommunications.
  • Lead and mentor the IT technical support team, acting as the final escalation point for complex issues.
  • Implement and enforce cybersecurity policies, manage firewalls, antivirus compliance, and access controls.
  • Monitor system performance to maximize uptime and resolve technical bottlenecks.
  • Manage backup procedures, disaster recovery plans, and data integrity protocols.
  • Coordinate with external IT vendors and ISPs for procurement and system upgrades.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • 3–5 years of experience in IT support, with 1–2 years in a senior or supervisory role.
  • Strong communication skills in both English and Arabic.
  • Strong knowledge of network administration, Active Directory, firewalls, and VoIP systems.
  • Proficiency in troubleshooting across Windows and macOS environments.
  • Location: Must be based in or able to work onsite at Ras El Hekma, Egypt.

Nice to have

  • Experience in hospitality or large-scale property operations.
  • Technical certifications such as CCNA, MCSA, CompTIA Network+/Security+, or ITIL.
