TL;DR

SAP BASIS Senior Analyst (SAP BASIS): Managing and supporting SAP On-Premise and public cloud solutions (S/4, BTP, IBP, Ariba) with an accent on BTP Administration and RISE with SAP. Focus on incident resolution, transport management, and ensuring GXP compliance within a complex healthcare landscape.

Location: Hybrid (Costa Rica) - Requires travel to Costa Rica GBS office for at least 2 days per week.

What you will do

  • Support issue fixes and incident resolution for SAP On-Premise (S/4, GTS) and public cloud solutions including BTP, IBP, and Ariba.
  • Handle core BASIS activities such as Transport Management, Batch Job Handling, and System refreshes.
  • Perform monthly maintenance activities, parameter tuning, and annual DR drills.
  • Implement and maintain SAP landscapes hosted on SAP Private Cloud (Rise with SAP) adhering to quality standards and GXP compliance.
  • Collaborate closely with SAP Process and technical teams to gather requirements and resolve production issues.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree or higher.
  • 7+ years of hands-on experience in SAP BASIS, BTP Administration, and Cloud-based SAP Application administration.
  • Bilingual C1 proficiency required.
  • Experience with RISE with SAP projects and SAP ECS processes (SRs, ASRs).
  • Expertise in SAP S/4HANA, Fiori Administration, and SAP Printer Troubleshooting.
  • Must be legally authorized to work in Costa Rica without sponsorship.

Nice to have

  • Knowledge of Cloud ALM.
  • Experience with SAP Batch management tools such as Redwood RMJ, BPA, or CPS.
  • Basic exposure to integrating SAP S4HANA with Datasphere and SLT.
