What you will do

• Lead, motivate, and support a team of Field Auditors, monitoring KPIs, productivity, and compliance.
• Coordinate fieldwork planning, visit assignments, and monitor auditor utilization.
• Provide on-the-job training and support auditors in resolving operational or store-related challenges.
• Manage recruitment activities, including interviews, onboarding, and hardware preparation for auditors.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders and support client field visits.
• Maintain operational records and coordinate special projects and financial expense activities.

Requirements

• Experience in managing field or operational teams.
• Proficiency in English, Kazakh, and Russian.
• Good knowledge of MS Office tools, especially Excel.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Must be based in Kazakhstan.
• Ability to multitask and work effectively under pressure in a dynamic environment.
