Overnight Onboarding Specialist (SaaS): Managing the technical and operational onboarding of new partners onto the hirify.global ecosystem with an accent on data migration accuracy and platform adoption. Focus on cleaning complex data sheets, guiding partners through the platform setup, and ensuring seamless handovers to account management.

Location: On-site in Pristina, Kosovo (5 days per week in office)

Salary: 1260 EUR Gross Per Month

What you will do

• Lead the partner onboarding journey, managing project timelines, task progression, and partner expectations.
• Guide and train partners on the hirify.global platform to encourage adoption and a seamless handover experience.
• Perform data migration using CSV tools, including manipulating and cleaning large data sheets.
• Maintain accurate records of partner progress and KYC verification processes within Hubspot.
• Collaborate with Business Development and Account Management teams across multiple timezones.
• Identify opportunities to improve internal onboarding processes and partner experience.

Requirements

• Must be based in Pristina, Kosovo and work from the office 5 days per week.
• Ability to work overnight shifts (scheduled Sunday night to Thursday night).
• Excellent oral and written English communication skills.
• Proficiency in Excel and experience with data cleaning.
• Strong organizational and project coordination skills.
• Analytical and troubleshooting mindset to resolve product or migration tool issues.

Nice to have

• Experience working in the Beauty & Wellness sector.
• Previous experience in a start-up or scale-up tech company environment.
• Additional language proficiency.
• Project coordination certification.
