What you will do

  • Develop and maintain long-term relationships with key client stakeholders.
  • Monitor and forecast key payment performance metrics to drive business outcomes.
  • Create and execute development plans for assigned client accounts.
  • Collaborate with technical and business teams to resolve operational issues.
  • Communicate client requirements and feedback to internal product and development teams.
  • Identify and implement initiatives to improve account management processes.

Requirements

  • Must be based in Georgia, Poland, or Serbia
  • Proven experience in client-facing roles such as account management or customer success.
  • Advanced English proficiency (B2 or higher)
  • Native-level Russian proficiency
  • Strong analytical, negotiation, and time management skills.
  • Solid understanding of IT industry business processes.

Nice to have

  • Experience in Fintech, Payments, or PSP environments.
  • Familiarity with the Gambling or iGaming industry.
  • Basic understanding of platform functionality and Devcode.
