Salary: $22.00 per hour ($33.00/hr overtime eligible).

What you will do

• Complete 3 unique rotations across various business segments including PR, marketing, production, and ad sales.
• Contribute to daily operations and support studio tours, audience services, and production events.
• Participate in regular learning and development opportunities to deepen industry knowledge.
• Engage with a cohort of peers and build a professional network within the media industry.
• Receive consistent coaching and feedback to foster personal and professional growth.
• Prepare for a potential full-time early career role within the company upon program completion.

Requirements

• Completed Bachelor’s Degree prior to September 21, 2026.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
• Ability to work in-person full-time in New York, NY or Universal City, CA.
• New York applicants must be able to work 6 days per week, including weekends and holidays.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with confidence in public speaking.
• Commitment to a 12-16 month program duration with a minimum of 40 hours per week.

Nice to have

• Cumulative GPA of 3.0 or above.
• Previous internship or part-time work experience.
