What you will do

• Manage 100% of post-production work for up to 20 clients, ensuring high-quality deliverables.
• Collaborate with creative, marketing, and strategy teams to produce original and iterative video ads for Meta, Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube.
• Apply performance metrics and social media trends to continuously optimize video output.
• Maintain rigorous project management standards, including file organization and naming conventions.
• Integrate AI technologies into editing workflows to enhance process efficiency.
• Meet weekly production targets of 5-7 tasks with zero avoidable errors or late submissions.

Requirements

• 4+ years of professional video editing experience.
• Advanced proficiency in spoken and written English.
• Must be based in Mexico.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating video editing ability and understanding of digital trends.
• Expertise in Adobe Premiere, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, or Final Cut Pro.
• Ability to multitask and manage several project milestones simultaneously.

• Experience with motion graphics.
