What you will do

• Audit existing test coverage and CI pipelines across OpenCTI, OpenAEV, and OpenGRC to identify critical gaps.
• Define and implement a cross-product test strategy including unit, integration, E2E, and contract testing.
• Standardize CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions with integrated quality gates and static analysis.
• Develop shared test tooling and templates to reduce friction for product engineering teams.
• Establish performance and load testing practices to ensure system reliability and regression detection.
• Collaborate with product teams to embed quality practices and provide hands-on guidance.

Requirements

• 7–12 years of experience in software engineering with a focus on quality and CI/CD.
• Deep expertise in test strategy, architecture, and building reliable, developer-friendly pipelines.
• Proficiency in a polyglot stack including TypeScript/React, Node.js/Java, and Python.
• Experience with modern testing tools like Playwright, Vitest, Jest, Cypress, or Pact.
• Strong English communication skills for an async, remote-first environment.
• Ability to drive improvements autonomously and act as a force multiplier for engineering teams.

Nice to have

• Experience with performance/load testing tools like k6, Gatling, or Locust.
• Hands-on experience with AI-assisted test generation tools.
• Cybersecurity domain knowledge.
• Background in open-source contributions or maintainership.
