What you will do
- Lead the adoption of proprietary AI tools across social operations to simplify implementation and remove barriers.
- Design, configure, and deploy AI agents for social use cases, including content ideation, trend monitoring, and reporting.
- Architect multi-agent workflows utilizing RAG, chain-of-thought reasoning, and prompt engineering best practices.
- Pitch AI agent solutions to clients, developing ROI frameworks and managing the end-to-end deployment journey.
- Transform social processes across strategy, production, publishing, and community management.
- Develop and deliver training programs on LLM fundamentals, agent architecture, and workflow orchestration.
Requirements
- Proven track record in social media strategy and brand marketing with a deep understanding of platform dynamics.
- Hands-on experience implementing AI tools in social marketing environments.
- Strong technical understanding of LLMs, including prompt engineering, RAG, and context windows.
- Practical experience building AI agents and architecting multi-step agentic workflows.
- Ability to influence stakeholders across all levels, from junior creators to C-suite executives.
- Must be based in or able to work from London on a hybrid basis.
