What you will do

• Lead the adoption of proprietary AI tools across social operations to simplify implementation and remove barriers.
• Design, configure, and deploy AI agents for social use cases, including content ideation, trend monitoring, and reporting.
• Architect multi-agent workflows utilizing RAG, chain-of-thought reasoning, and prompt engineering best practices.
• Pitch AI agent solutions to clients, developing ROI frameworks and managing the end-to-end deployment journey.
• Transform social processes across strategy, production, publishing, and community management.
• Develop and deliver training programs on LLM fundamentals, agent architecture, and workflow orchestration.

Requirements

• Proven track record in social media strategy and brand marketing with a deep understanding of platform dynamics.
• Hands-on experience implementing AI tools in social marketing environments.
• Strong technical understanding of LLMs, including prompt engineering, RAG, and context windows.
• Practical experience building AI agents and architecting multi-step agentic workflows.
• Ability to influence stakeholders across all levels, from junior creators to C-suite executives.
• Must be based in or able to work from London on a hybrid basis.
