What you will do
- Manage customer contracts and related administrative documentation.
- Prepare and monitor consultant timesheets and activity reports.
- Support customer invoicing and ensure timely follow-up.
- Verify and process supplier invoices.
- Maintain accurate administrative records and files.
- Liaise with consultants, customers, and internal departments to ensure smooth operations.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Administration, Business, Finance, or a related field.
- Proven experience in an administrative or coordination role.
- Experience handling contracts and administrative documentation.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, specifically Excel and Word.
- Fluency in French and English is required.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage priorities.
