What you will do

- Coordinate facility maintenance, repairs, and overall workspace functionality.
- Organize business travel arrangements, including flights, accommodation, and logistics.
- Handle correspondence, maintain records, manage invoices, and issue purchase orders.
Requirements
- Previous experience in administrative or office support roles.
- Strong organizational and time management skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
