What you will do

• Develop and maintain the Azure Cloud environment to ensure high system availability.
• Configure and troubleshoot Azure services including Compute, Storage, VNet, and Load Balancers.
• Manage cloud resource costs using Microsoft and third-party tools.
• Create and maintain automation scripts using PowerShell and Terraform.
• Monitor and resolve complex IT service and infrastructure failures.
• Support product teams and expand expertise into Google Cloud Platform.

Requirements

• Must be based in Grand Rapids, MI, United States
• Minimum 8 years of experience with infrastructure and services in public and private cloud environments.
• Strong proficiency in Azure administration and cloud delivery models (IaaS, PaaS, SaaS).
• Practical experience with Infrastructure-as-Code and CI/CD deployment processes.
• Solid knowledge of Windows or Linux server administration.
• Proficiency in shell scripting (PowerShell, CLI, or Bash).

Nice to have

• Experience with Google Cloud Platform.
• Familiarity with monitoring or log aggregation tools like SolarWinds or Azure Monitor.
• Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
