What you will do

  • Define global IGA platform strategies for complex, multi-tenant, and multi-region environments.
  • Lead the design and implementation of global RBAC and ABAC access control models.
  • Architect onboarding strategies for thousands of applications using standard connectors or custom APIs.
  • Align IAM solutions with corporate risk frameworks, GRC requirements, and external audit standards.
  • Implement CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices for IAM deployment and environment promotion.
  • Manage heavy customizations or configure cloud-native analytics depending on the chosen platform (SailPoint or Saviynt).

Requirements

  • Must be based in Poland
  • Proven experience in Identity and Access Management (IAM) implementation and solution architecture.
  • Hands-on experience with Saviynt or SailPoint is mandatory.
  • Strong understanding of cyber security principles and risk management.
  • Ability to define standards for connecting authoritative sources and downstream systems.
  • Proficiency in designing complex workflows and managing identity governance lifecycles.
