What you will do
- Define global IGA platform strategies for complex, multi-tenant, and multi-region environments.
- Lead the design and implementation of global RBAC and ABAC access control models.
- Architect onboarding strategies for thousands of applications using standard connectors or custom APIs.
- Align IAM solutions with corporate risk frameworks, GRC requirements, and external audit standards.
- Implement CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices for IAM deployment and environment promotion.
- Manage heavy customizations or configure cloud-native analytics depending on the chosen platform (SailPoint or Saviynt).
Requirements
- Must be based in Poland
- Proven experience in Identity and Access Management (IAM) implementation and solution architecture.
- Hands-on experience with Saviynt or SailPoint is mandatory.
- Strong understanding of cyber security principles and risk management.
- Ability to define standards for connecting authoritative sources and downstream systems.
- Proficiency in designing complex workflows and managing identity governance lifecycles.
