Security Engineer (IAM)

TL;DR

Security Engineer (IAM): Managing identity governance and access orchestration for a large-scale environment with over 100 production services with an accent on RBAC policies and identity orchestration. Location: Leudelange, Luxembourg. EU citizenship is required.

What you will do

• Support the provisioning process of user accounts using predefined role-based access control (RBAC) policies.
• Build and optimize automated workflows integrated with HR systems for onboarding and offboarding.
• Conduct audits of roles and permissions to identify inconsistencies and remove excessive privileges.
• Define and advise on IAM architectures and identity orchestration methodologies.
• Collaborate with product owners and stakeholders to align security objectives with business goals.
• Execute access review mechanisms to ensure the privilege matrix remains current.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in Cybersecurity, with a focus on IAM, PAM, or CyberArk.
• EU citizenship.
• Fluency in French and English (written and spoken).
• Solid understanding of Agile and SAFe methodologies in architecture design.
