What you will do

• Design and develop frameworks and guardrails for ML solutions and products.
• Lead the development of ML platforms supporting both batch and real-time applications.
• Oversee the end-to-end machine learning lifecycle from data collection to deployment and monitoring.
• Provide technical leadership, set deliverables, and mentor team members to foster growth.
• Collaborate with data scientists, software engineers, and product managers to integrate models into production.
• Stay updated on industry trends and emerging AI technologies to inform strategy.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, AI, or related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in the ML field with a focus on developing ML solutions and platforms.
• Significant experience with Cloud platforms, preferably AWS Sagemaker.
• Expertise in MLOps, real-time data analytics, and online feature stores for low-latency applications.
• Proven ability to manage complex Data/AI/ML projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong leadership and communication skills to translate complex AI concepts for various stakeholders.

Nice to have

• Master’s or Ph.D. in Artificial Intelligence.
