What you will do

• Establish and manage comprehensive schedules for assigned assets.
• Collaborate with the art team to develop detailed style guides.
• Track deliverables and milestones, proactively notifying stakeholders of potential delays.
• Monitor and verify that artists accurately report time spent on project tasks.
• Enter and maintain project data within relevant internal systems.
• Provide translation and interpretation support for project and off-site art teams.

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a producer role within the video game/film industry or as a project manager.
• Fluent English communication (written and verbal) is required.
• Strong planning, time management, and multi-tasking abilities with a results-driven mindset.
• Ability to work effectively under high pressure in a fast-paced environment.
