What you will do

• Design and develop software solutions using clean, reusable code and design patterns.
• Implement TDD, pair programming, and continuous delivery practices to ensure high quality.
• Build innovative customer experiences, features, and interactive prototypes.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Business Analysts, Designers, and Project Managers.
• Advocate for and demonstrate DevOps culture across the organization.
• Apply insights from the hirify.global Technology Radar to solve client problems.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience as a Fullstack Software Developer.
• Strong hands-on experience with Node.js and React.
• Ability to write and improve high-quality code in multiple languages.
• Familiarity with Agile, Lean, and Continuous Delivery methodologies.
• Awareness of TDD, continuous integration, and CD tools.

Nice to have

• Experience with object-oriented languages like Java or Kotlin.
• Knowledge of cloud technologies such as AWS, Docker, or Kubernetes.
