What you will do

• Apply flavour formulations into finished products like tobacco or beverages to evaluate performance and compatibility.
• Conduct sensory evaluations of raw flavours and finished products, assessing aroma, taste, and mouthfeel.
• Lead or participate in sensory panels to ensure consistent and reliable evaluation results.
• Analyze and benchmark internal products against market trends to support development strategies.
• Collaborate with development and sales teams to support innovation projects and customer requirements.
• Prepare structured documentation and reports on evaluation trials to support decision-making.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Pharmaceutical Sciences, or a related field.
• Proficiency in English is required.
• Strong interpersonal skills for effective cross-functional collaboration.
• Excellent documentation, presentation, and communication skills.
• Willingness to engage with products such as cigarettes, vape, shisha, snus, or heated tobacco.

Nice to have

• Experience in flavour & fragrance, tobacco, or food and beverage industries.
• Proficiency in German or Mandarin.
• Strong sensory ability and memory to distinguish subtle flavour differences.
