What you will do

• Lead and execute Red Team and penetration testing engagements across a range of scopes and environments.
• Act as both an operator and engagement manager, coordinating with clients and directing team members.
• Develop high-quality reports documenting attack paths and pragmatic remediation for technical teams and senior leadership.
• Contribute to team capabilities through offensive tool development, research, and methodology improvements.
• Collaborate with Blue teams to translate offensive findings into concrete defensive enhancements.
• Present technical material clearly to diverse audiences, including senior executives.

Requirements

• Demonstrated experience conducting Red Team and penetration testing engagements from end to end.
• Advanced proficiency with C2 frameworks and a deep understanding of offensive tooling.
• Expertise in attacking Active Directory environments, including privilege escalation and lateral movement.
• Extensive knowledge of attacks against Windows, Linux, or macOS.
• Experience attacking AWS and Azure environments, specifically identity, compute, and storage attack paths.
• Strong written and verbal communication in English.

Nice to have

• Offensive security certifications such as OSCP, OSEP, OSED, OSCE3, GPEN, GXPN, CRTP, CRTO, CRT, or CCT-INF.
• Security community participation via conference talks, CVEs, or published research.
• Experience attacking networking components, hardware, embedded systems, or OT/ICS environments.
• Proficiency in Mandarin, Japanese, Hindi, or Thai.
• Experience using AI tooling for code generation, research, and automation.
