What you will do

• Design and adapt training programs to enable field staff to sell innovations and achieve commercial targets.
• Implement skill enhancement and new hire orientation programs for field staff.
• Collaborate with retailers' training departments to schedule in-person and digital sessions.
• Conduct regular on-the-job training (OTJ) and coach Beauty Advisors on selling techniques.
• Assess individual and team performance to identify and fill capability gaps.
• Organize BA conferences and engagement programs to drive brand loyalty.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience in the beauty industry within training and retail operations.
• Fluency in English and Thai is required.
• University degree in a related field.
• Experience in makeup artistry is strongly preferred.
• Strong communication, presentation, and organizational skills for leading workshops and conferences.
• Must be based in Bangkok, Thailand.
