What you will do

• Develop and optimize supply chain planning schedules, forecasts, and capacity requirements.
• Conduct scenario planning to evaluate engineering, product, process, and inventory strategies.
• Resolve inventory challenges to ensure efficient flow, depth, and timing of materials.
• Provide data-driven insights to balance supply and demand within existing constraints.
• Collaborate with suppliers to manage materials and ensure uninterrupted operations.
• Interface with subcontractors to negotiate pricing, performance, and contracts.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Engineering, or 6+ years of relevant experience.
• Expertise in data analysis tools and supply chain planning systems.
• Proven experience in production planning and supply-demand analysis.
• Advanced English proficiency (C1).
• Unrestricted, permanent right to work in Costa Rica.

Nice to have

• Master's or PhD in Supply Chain Management, Business, or Engineering.
• Experience collaborating across cross-functional teams to influence business decisions.
• Knowledge of lean management principles and group problem-solving methodologies.
