ETF Strategist (Fintech)

TL;DR

ETF Strategist (Fintech): Driving the growth and market positioning of thematic and specialty equity ETF products with an accent on macro market analysis and institutional client engagement. Focus on building brand authority through industry events, media presence, and collaborative product strategy development.

Location: Must be based in Downers Grove, Illinois, with a hybrid schedule requiring at least four days per week in the office.

Salary: $125,000–$142,000 per year.

What you will do

• Drive growth of the thematic and specialty equity ETF product line through cross-functional collaboration.
• Serve as the primary voice for the product line in media interviews, webcasts, and industry conferences.
• Develop and manage product insights, including performance commentaries and competitive analysis.
• Partner with Sales to execute distribution strategies and participate in client meetings.
• Monitor macro market conditions to formulate actionable investment and product positioning ideas.
• Identify new product opportunities and assess existing lines for potential enhancements.

Requirements

• 10+ years of investment management or research experience with a strong understanding of equity markets.
• ETF and/or index product knowledge and relevant industry experience.
• FINRA Series 7 and 65/66 licenses required.
• Excellent written communication, oral presentation, and analytical skills.
• Proven ability to present effectively to large audiences at corporate and industry events.
• Undergraduate degree in business, finance, or a related field.
