What you will do

• Manage the procurement management ecosystem including Scoops and Skipper applications.
• Ensure performance and operational monitoring while maintaining strict SLA compliance.
• Handle incident management, corrective maintenance, and regression testing.
• Develop technical macro-solutions and validate functional hypotheses.
• Maintain documentation, knowledge bases, and FAQ for stakeholders.
• Participate in meetings and committees to communicate progress and outcomes.

Requirements

• University degree in an IT-related field.
• Minimum 3+ years of experience in a similar support role.
• Must be based in Portugal.
• French proficiency at B2 level or higher.
• Advanced knowledge of Oracle and PL/SQL.
• Experience with ServiceNow and Jira.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of accounting and purchasing software like Ivalua.
• Experience with PowerBI.
• Background as a Technical Leader in software development.
• Familiarity with test tools and frameworks.
