What you will do

• Lead and deliver complex, end-to-end SAP Finance projects including S/4HANA and Group Reporting.
• Manage project governance, including planning, milestone tracking, risk management, and dependency resolution.
• Act as the primary interface between Finance and IT stakeholders to translate business needs into technical solutions.
• Ensure project delivery meets scope, budget, and quality targets while aligning with enterprise architecture standards.
• Perform business analysis, define data flows, and oversee testing and final sign-off processes.
• Support business stakeholders through the transformation journey to ensure successful adoption and value realization.

Requirements

• Fluent in English is required; German proficiency is a strong advantage.
• Proven experience as an SAP Project Manager delivering large-scale implementations, specifically in SAP Group Reporting and SAP S/4HANA Finance.
• Solid understanding of finance processes including consolidation, controlling, and external reporting.
• Experience in both waterfall and agile project management methodologies.
• University degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Finance, or a related field.
• Experience in the financial services industry, ideally within private banking.
