What you will do

• Design and develop Mendix applications independently, managing the full lifecycle from requirements to deployment.
• Work directly with clients to translate complex business needs into robust, maintainable low-code solutions.
• Make technical decisions regarding data modelling, integrations, security, and performance.
• Collaborate with senior and lead engineers on solution design and architecture.
• Review and provide constructive feedback on the work of junior team members.
• Contribute to the Mendix ecosystem through knowledge sharing and internal initiatives.

Requirements

• 2-4 years of hands-on software development experience with a focus on Mendix.
• Solid knowledge of Mendix fundamentals including Microflows, Nanoflows, and integrations (REST/OData/SOAP).
• Working knowledge of web technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to work independently across the full development lifecycle.
• Proficiency in both German and English is required for client engagement.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience.

Nice to have

• Java or React experience for custom actions and widgets.
• Mendix Intermediate or Advanced Developer certification.
