Location: Remote-friendly with flexible hours (core hours: 10:00–18:00 Israel time). Occasional calls with US clients.

What you will do
- Deliver solutions architecture and pre-sales support (50%) to help clients scale with confidence.
- Own client success and account management (50%), driving revenue and account value growth.
- Perform deep technical discovery, gap analysis, and propose architectures with system diagrams.
- Write clear technical documents, plans, and structured recommendations for clients.
- Coordinate internally to align client needs with company capabilities and priorities.
- Build long-term client relationships and lead client conversations, including challenging Q&A.
Requirements
- 10+ years of DevOps engineering experience (cloud, Kubernetes, CI/CD, IaC, monitoring, security).
- Experience designing architectures and presenting system diagrams.
- Ability to conduct deep technical discovery and gap analysis.
- Comfort writing clear technical documents and plans.
- Exceptional communication skills and ability to build trust quickly with clients.
- Availability for core hours 10:00–18:00 Israel time and occasional calls with US clients.
