Location: Must be based in Guadalajara, Mexico (Hybrid work model).

What you will do

• Develop validation strategies and methodologies in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
• Create test content and automation tools for pre-silicon power-performance validation.
• Execute validation plans and perform debug to identify root causes of issues.
• Utilize simulation and emulation environments to generate and analyze test results.
• Report product health and risk assessments from a power and performance perspective.
• Deliver high-quality technical output within project deadlines.

Requirements

• Must have unrestricted, permanent right to work in Mexico (no visa sponsorship).
• BS, MS, or PhD in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
• 2+ years of experience in computer architecture, CPU micro-architecture, and Linux.
• Proven experience in Python and/or C++ within a test environment.
• Fluent in English (written and spoken).

Nice to have

• Experience with emulation and simulation test environments.
• Hands-on experience with pre-silicon and system diagnosis using debug tools.
• Knowledge of hirify.global Architecture ISA and x86 assembly language.
• Ability to independently read specifications and implement stress testing cases.
