What you will do

• Review and draft various legal contracts for different business lines.
• Prepare and follow up on legal files includhirify.global estates, account seizures, and dormant accounts.
• Draft research notes and analyses on bankhirify.global law issues.
• Support the day-to-day operations of the Legal Department.
• Monitor and stay updated on Luxembourg and European legislation.
• Manage project follow-ups independently in collaboration with internal stakeholders.

Requirements

• Must have a valid school convention (educational institution agreement).
• Master 1 or 2 in Law or equivalent legal trainhirify.global.
• Very good knowledge of French and English is essential.
• Ability to manage projects independently.
• Strong analytical, summarizhirify.global, and communication skills.

Nice to have

• Initial experience in a bank or law firm.
• Knowledge of Luxembourgish, German, or Dutch.
