What you will do

• Converse with AI models across various language scenarios to test linguistic capabilities.
• Verify factual accuracy and logical soundness of model outputs.
• Document failure modes related to verb conjugation, noun inflection, and sentence structure.
• Capture reproducible error traces for model hardening.
• Suggest improvements to prompt engineering and evaluation metrics.

Requirements

• Native or near-native proficiency in Norwegian (Bokmål and Nynorsk).
• Must be based in Sweden.
• Deep understanding of Norwegian grammar, syntax, morphology, and phonology.
• Ability to provide clear, metacognitive communication regarding linguistic analysis.
• Access to a secure computer and high-speed internet.

Nice to have

• Master’s or PhD in Norwegian language, linguistics, or a closely related field.
