Location: London, United Kingdom. Candidates must be authorized to work in the job posting location on a full-time basis.

What you will do
- Define and implement the global IGNITE strategy as a core pillar of the Aggregation business.
- Build and manage a portfolio of emerging game studios, from onboarding and development through scaling and long-term partnership.
- Develop a scalable studio incubation ecosystem covering tools, funding, mentorship, distribution, exclusivity, and co-development.
- Align studio content with global market needs, operator demand, regulated markets, and aggregation portfolio gaps.
- Establish performance metrics and use data to guide investment, scaling, and portfolio decisions.
- Represent IGNITE externally and collaborate with Product, Engineering, Commercial, Compliance, Regional, and senior leadership teams.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in iGaming, gaming platforms, digital marketplaces, or adjacent industries.
- Experience with studio partnerships, developer ecosystems, or incubation and acceleration models.
- Strong commercial, strategic, portfolio management, and executive influencing capabilities.
- Strong network within the game development and studio ecosystem.
- Understanding of content performance, distribution, and aggregation models.
- Deep understanding of multi-jurisdictional iGaming regulations and content certification processes.
Nice to have
- Experience scaling early-stage studios or content portfolios.
- Experience running or sponsoring studio incubation or acceleration programs.
- P&L ownership or direct commercial accountability.
