What you will do

• Define and implement the global IGNITE strategy to drive content innovation and supplier diversification.
• Build and manage a portfolio of studios, establishing performance frameworks and commercial targets.
• Evolve the incubation program into a scalable ecosystem model with structured support for partners.
• Coordinate with product and platform teams to ensure seamless integration of studio content.
• Use data-driven insights to prioritize studio investments and optimize portfolio performance.
• Represent the company at industry events to build relationships with developers and strategic partners.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in iGaming, gaming platforms, or digital marketplaces.
• Must be authorized to work in the UK without visa sponsorship.
• Proven experience in studio partnerships, developer ecosystems, or incubation models.
• Strong commercial and strategic capability with a deep understanding of content performance.
• Knowledge of multi-jurisdictional iGaming regulations and content certification processes.
• Ability to travel up to 50% of the time.

• Experience scaling early-stage studios or content portfolios.
• Direct P&L ownership or commercial accountability.
