What you will do

• Converse with advanced language models in Kurmanji Kurdish across varied topics.
• Verify linguistic accuracy, cultural relevance, dialectical distinctions, and contextual interpretation.
• Document reproducible model failure modes and capture detailed error traces.
• Suggest improvements to prompt engineering and evaluation metrics.
• Help develop training data covering vocabulary, grammar, idiomatic expressions, dialects, and cultural context.

Requirements

• Expert-level knowledge of Kurdish (Kurmanji), including phonetics, morphology, syntax, regional dialects, colloquial expressions, and cultural references.
• Professional experience in teaching, translation, language documentation, or community work is relevant.
• Clear metacognitive communication and the ability to explain linguistic reasoning are required.
• Master’s degree in Linguistics, Middle Eastern Studies, Translation, or a related field is ideal.
• Must be located in Turkey.
• Must provide a secure computer and high-speed internet as a contractor.
