What you will do

• Partner with engineering pods to build high-quality, scalable products.
• Automate repetitive tasks and streamline the software development lifecycle.
• Develop and deliver training programs to onboard new engineers and promote best practices.
• Provide technical guidance, mentorship, and code reviews to improve overall software quality.
• Maintain technical documentation and guidelines to ensure knowledge sharing.
• Evaluate and recommend new tools, frameworks, and methodologies to enhance engineering capabilities.

Requirements

• 5+ years of hands-on experience building and supporting production web applications.
• Advanced English proficiency is required.
• Must be based in Brazil.
• Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, AWS, and Terraform.
• Proficiency in writing production-grade software.
• Experience working on a platform with multiple services.

Nice to have

• DevOps or SRE experience.
• Proficiency in Golang and Ruby.
• Experience on an engineering enablement or platform team.
