What you will do

• Manage incidents end-to-end, including participation in on-call rotations for major issues.
• Deploy releases and oversee configuration and change activities across environments.
• Act as a subject-matter expert for application behavior and system integrations.
• Proactively monitor systems to identify and resolve potential production issues.
• Collaborate with technical owners to meet service level agreements and support business initiatives.

Requirements

• Must be based in Vilnius, Lithuania or able to work from the office.
• Experience in IT operations, application support, or a similar technical role.
• Strong hands-on knowledge of IBM MQ.
• Proficiency in Linux and Windows environments.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with professional communication in English.
• No unspent criminal convictions under the Criminal Code of the Republic of Lithuania.

Nice to have

• Experience with SWIFT-related systems or integrations.
• Scripting or programming skills.
• Understanding of enterprise networking, virtualization, and security best practices.
• Relevant professional certifications (ITIL, IBM MQ, SWIFT, Agile).
