Application Support Specialist - Messaging & Integration (Enterprise Messaging): Operating and evolving Nasdaq Nordic's post-trade systems with an accent on enterprise messaging, middleware integrations, incident response, and release management. Focus on monitoring production platforms, resolving complex operational issues, supporting IBM MQ and related technologies, and maintaining reliable service across Linux and Windows environments.
Location: Vilnius, Lithuania; hybrid work with at least 3 days per week in the office
Salary: €3,500–€4,300 per month, plus short-term incentives and, where applicable, long-term equity incentives.

What you will do
- Handle incidents end to end, including major-incident on-call rotations and planned operational activities.
- Deploy releases and manage configuration and change activities across environments.
- Provide subject-matter expertise on application behavior, integrations, and operational questions.
- Monitor systems proactively and resolve issues before they affect production.
- Collaborate with technical owners and cross-functional teams to meet service level agreements and support business initiatives.
Requirements
- Experience in IT operations, application support, or a similar technical role.
- Hands-on experience supporting enterprise messaging or middleware platforms such as IBM MQ, RabbitMQ, Kafka, TIBCO EMS, or ActiveMQ.
- Proficiency working in Linux and Windows environments.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and professional communication skills.
- Clear, professional communication in English is required.
- Ability to work effectively in collaborative, cross-functional teams.
Nice to have
- Experience with IBM MQ and/or SWIFT Alliance systems or integrations.
- Scripting or programming skills and knowledge of enterprise networking, virtualization, and security best practices.
- ITIL, IBM MQ, SWIFT, or Agile certifications.
