What you will do

• Provide independent challenge, assurance, and advisory to Technology and Business teams to manage tech risks.
• Manage technology risk, cybersecurity governance, and business continuity planning (BCP).
• Develop and execute technology risk management frameworks, policies, and procedures.
• Create technology and security risk reports and dashboards for the board and senior management.
• Develop and track Key Risk Indicators (KRIs) in alignment with the enterprise risk framework.
• Conduct security risk assessments to identify and manage control gaps and participate in audit engagements.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience in technology risk, cybersecurity, or IT governance.
• Strong knowledge of payment security standards including PCI-DSS, ISO 27001, and MAS TRM.
• Hands-on experience with cloud security and API security.
• Familiarity with central bank regulations (e.g., MAS, BNM).
• Ability to effectively liaise with regulators, auditors, and senior stakeholders.
