What you will do

• Develop and maintain complex IVR and speech applications using GVP Studio, VXML, and Java.
• Design and develop speech grammars (ABNF, GRXML) to maximize dialog accuracy.
• Analyze business requirements to identify risks and design appropriate technical solutions.
• Collaborate with project teams to provide input on design specifications for speech applications.
• Perform speech tuning and grammar analysis to optimize application performance.
• Provide technical guidance on scalability, reliability, and security for business decisions.

Requirements

• Must be able to work onsite in Alpharetta, GA or Middletown, NJ.
• 3–5 years of experience in VoiceXML IVR technologies.
• 3–5 years of experience in Advanced Speech Recognition solution design and development.
• 1+ year of experience in grammar design, development, and testing.
• Proficiency in VXML, SSML, XML, Java, and J2EE.
• Strong understanding of Natural Language design and Directed Dialogue design techniques.

Nice to have

• Experience with Nuance ASR or TTS engines.
• Experience with IBM WVS speech engines and tools.
