What you will do

• Install and manage Manhattan WMOS and LMS products across various environments.
• Define and implement automation processes using Chef for software versioning and deployment.
• Support gold WMOS implementations by troubleshooting and assisting stakeholders.
• Perform technical configurations and screen modifications requiring development expertise.
• Manage reporting and business intelligence solutions, including SCI Cognos and Jasper reports.
• Provide DC operations and engineering support, including custom scripting and database diagnostics.

Requirements

• Must be based in San Francisco, CA.
• Proven experience with Manhattan WMOS installation and configuration.
• Proficiency in automation tools, specifically Chef, for deployment processes.
• Experience with SCI Cognos and Jasper reporting solutions.
• Ability to perform technical troubleshooting and database maintenance.
• Graduation degree required.
