Salary: From 18,000 PLN.

What you will do

• Design, develop, and maintain high-quality Java applications for trading middleware.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver seamless user experiences.
• Advocate for modern engineering practices including pair programming and TDD.
• Drive technical innovation and continuously improve the codebase.
• Mentor and support less experienced team members to foster a collaborative environment.
• Participate in support rotas to ensure platform stability.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in Core Java.
• Strong knowledge of Spring and Spring Boot frameworks.
• Experience with microservice architecture and design patterns.
• Proficiency with CI/CD pipelines and automated testing frameworks.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team.
• Must be based in or able to work from Kraków, Poland.

Nice to have
