What you will do

• Support the creation and execution of internal communications, including newsletters, intranet content, and presentation materials.
• Assist with logistical support for town halls, leadership meetings, and live-streamed events.
• Manage social media content planning, publishing, and community engagement for external storytelling.
• Help ensure brand consistency across all communication channels and platforms.
• Support corporate responsibility initiatives, including volunteerism, donation programs, and community partnerships.
• Track and report on communications analytics to measure engagement and effectiveness.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree or a recent graduate in Communications, Journalism, Marketing, or Public Relations.
• Strong writing, editing, and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook).
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Must be based in Chicago, Illinois.

Nice to have

• Experience with design tools like Canva or Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Premiere Pro).
