What you will do

• Perform IREG testing for new roaming partners following established GSM methodologies.
• Provide switching and signaling support for roaming partner setups.
• Troubleshoot and evaluate SS7 messages and network failures.
• Manage test plans, schedules, and project risk analysis.
• Perform switch and network translations to establish roaming services.
• Collaborate with technical and non-technical clients to resolve roaming issues.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a STEM field or equivalent work experience.
• 2+ years of experience in IREG testing environments.
• 2+ years of experience in technical customer support or roaming implementation.
• Strong understanding of GSM standards, SS7, and testing methodologies.
• Must possess a valid passport and be able to travel up to 30% of the time.
• Proficiency in software testing, including integration, conformance, and functional testing.
