What you will do

• Write full content flow: long-form advertorials and the Meta ads that drive traffic to them.
• Blend education with sales by guiding readers toward purchases without sounding like a billboard.
• Create Meta ad copy (hooks, concepts, primary text) and hand off to design and media buying.
• Use and improve AI workflows for faster content production while ensuring the copy stays human and effective.
• Independently develop new marketing angles and iterate by processing and optimizing existing articles.

Requirements

• Strong understanding of conversion psychology and the ability to tap into reader desires and pain points.
• Proven Meta ads copywriting skills: scroll-stopping hooks, clear angles, and effective primary text.
• High attention to detail and ability to connect small details to big performance outcomes.
• Strategic mindset: extract insights from limited data, test hypotheses, and find repeatable formulas.
• Ability to work agilely—process information quickly, adapt copy based on data and feedback.
• Portfolio or samples demonstrating your best conversion-focused copy.
