What you will do

• Define, develop, and deliver advanced machine learning models and AI solutions.
• Optimize AI models for performance, scalability, and efficiency using cloud-based frameworks.
• Manage data flow, infrastructure, and preprocessing for effective production deployment.
• Conduct complex data analysis and feature engineering to improve model accuracy.
• Apply algorithms to structured and unstructured data for pattern recognition and target detection.
• Architect system-of-systems and multi-agent AI software solutions.

Requirements

• Must be a U.S. Citizen.
• Active Top Secret security clearance with CI Polygraph required.
• Master's degree or PhD in a relevant field.
• 13+ years of professional experience in AI/ML.
• Proven expertise as a recognized authority in designing novel algorithms for intelligence problems.
• Ability to guide strategic AI implementation and represent capabilities to senior stakeholders.

Nice to have

• Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Background in system integration and database management.
