What you will do

Requirements

• Must have at least 2 years of relevant experience in Operations, Training, or Workforce management as a Team Lead or Manager.
• Must have at least 2 years of experience in managing a team.
• Diploma or equivalent qualification.
• Strong problem-solving, decision-making, and analytical skills.
• Proficiency in English is required; additional language skills (Malay, Mandarin, Cantonese, or Japanese) are preferred.

Nice to have

• Experience in Insurance, Healthcare, or Financial accounts.
