What you will do
- Manage team performance and ensure the achievement of key metric goals.
- Provide effective coaching and constructive feedback to subordinates to drive professional growth.
- Perform administrative tasks to support operational workflows.
- Lead teams to complete monthly deliverables and operational tasks.
- Utilize analytical and problem-solving skills to make data-driven decisions.
Requirements
- Must have at least 2 years of relevant experience in Operations, Training, or Workforce management as a Team Lead or Manager.
- Must have at least 2 years of experience in managing a team.
- Diploma or equivalent qualification.
- Strong problem-solving, decision-making, and analytical skills.
- Proficiency in English is required; additional language skills (Malay, Mandarin, Cantonese, or Japanese) are preferred.
Nice to have
- Experience in Insurance, Healthcare, or Financial accounts.
