What you will do

• Design, configure, and maintain Bazel for large-scale automotive projects, including WORKSPACE/repository setup, build/test targets, custom rules, and dependency graphs.
• Operationalize remote caching and remote execution for Bazel, and integrate Bazel build/test flows into Jenkins and GitHub Actions pipelines.
• Build Python frameworks and modular libraries/CLI tools for build/test automation, orchestration, and continuous verification.
• Architect and maintain CI/CD/CT pipelines for complex workflows, including multistage pipelines for build, test, coverage, static analysis, packaging, and release.
• Automate integration flows across tools, microservices, internal systems, and external vendors; improve developer experience by optimizing caching and execution time.
• Implement dashboards and telemetry pipelines for build performance, CI/CD metrics, pipeline health, and operational KPIs; troubleshoot failures and continuously improve performance.

Requirements

• Strong expertise in Python (framework design, automation, OOP).
• Deep understanding of Bazel: workspace/repository setup, writing/configuring build/test targets, custom rule creation, remote caching optimization, remote execution ecosystem setup, and CI/CD integration (Jenkins/GitHub Actions).
• Strong experience with Jenkins and/or GitHub Actions for CI/CD.
• Solid understanding of Git workflows and workflow automation.
• Good grasp of CI/CD/CT concepts and modern DevOps practices; strong analytical and debugging/problem-solving skills.
• Good English communication skills.

Nice to have

• Experience with large-scale build systems or monorepos.
• Experience developing dashboards (Grafana, Kibana, or custom Python solutions).
• Familiarity with Linux, Bash scripting, containers, or microservices.
• Experience with migration projects (tools, pipelines, build systems).
• Background in automotive, embedded, or high-reliability software environments.
