What you will do

• Control and clean local data to support sales and merchant operations.
• Develop and maintain reports in MicroStrategy and Dossier for sales performance analysis.
• Prepare market insights and business trend reports for the Executive Japan team.
• Support commercial teams by providing data-driven analysis for client meetings.
• Collaborate with central BI teams to manage Tableau dashboards and data exchange structures.
• Translate business requirements into technical specifications for data modeling and reporting.

Requirements

• Native or near-native Japanese proficiency required.
• Fluent English proficiency required.
• 3-5 years of experience in data-focused product management or consulting.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft SQL for data extraction and manipulation.
• Strong expertise in BI reporting tools, specifically MicroStrategy and Tableau.
• Ability to bridge technical data tasks with business stakeholder needs.

Nice to have

• Basic knowledge of data science tools such as R or Python.
• Experience in managing or activating data governance policies.
